These affordable housing developments will receive millions city, federal funds

The San Antonio City Council voted Jan. 30 to invest more than $11 million from local and federal funding in affordable housing projects.
The funding is for 415 units for households at or below 80% of the area’s median income. The City Council also voted to fund 119 proposed single-family projects available to households at 120% of the median income or lower.
Other housing developments receiving federal and city funding for some units as part of this approval include:
- Alazan Lofts: an 88-unit affordable housing development at South Colorado and El Paso streets by the San Antonio Housing Authority
