Earn-A-Bike to Donate 50 Bikes to Children from Low-income Families

To celebrate the season of giving, 50 children between 4 and 16 years old from families receiving public housing assistance from the Opportunity Home San Antonio (Opportunity Home) will receive a brand new bike generously donated by Earn-A-Bike.
For some of the children, these will be the first bike they own. The donation comes in a season when families, especially low-income families, continue to be impacted by the pandemic but remain dedicated to their self-sufficiency goals.
The families receiving the bikes completed financial literacy courses, and are pursuing higher education and skills training for future employment opportunities.
Earn-A-Bike is a San Antonio nonprofit dedicated to encouraging healthy lifestyles and empowering youth with life skills, physical health, mentoring and asset-building experiences.
