Elderly and Disabled Services
SAHA’s Elderly and Disabled Services Program links current residents with valuable quality-of-life resources and services in an effort to improve the residents' quality of life.

Each household in an Elderly and Disabled community is offered an evaluation to determine their needs. Appropriate referrals are made to assist residents in maintaining their independence and the ability to age in place. Referrals are given to programs such as Medicare savings, utility assistance, SNAP program, provider services, skilled care, and transportation services.

Through partnerships with area agencies we are able to provide some services on site. The San Antonio Food Bank offers Project Hope (monthly commodities) at 22 public housing properties. The City of San Antonio delivers daily meals to 10 public housing properties:

Hours of operation are:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
