    APPOINTMENTS

    In a continuing effort to enhance our customer service, effective December 14, 2011, the Assisted Housing Programs (AHP) Department (Section 8) has designated Wednesdays from 8 am - 3 pm “open days” meaning that no appointment is needed on this day to meet with a SAHA representative.
  An appointment will be necessary on any other day (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) starting October 1st.   

    If you are unable to visit our office on Wednesdays, please ensure that you schedule an appointment to meet with a member of our staff by calling (210) 477-6710 or by emailing AHPappointments@saha.org

This will be a great opportunity to have a detailed discussion of your specific needs and allow our staff to effectively identify and solve your concerns within a more personal setting.

    The AHP Department will continue to answer general questions, accept documents, and issue SAHA forms during regular business hours, Monday - Friday. Additionally, SAHA forms may be retrieved from www.saha.org (select the Sec. 8 Housing Choice Voucher tab).
