ABOUT THE COMMUNITY

The Villa Veramendi Homes was one of the first public housing community constructed in the City of San Antonio. Built in 1952 as a family community, it consists of, 3 one- and two-story town homes. The phase I portion of this community was refurbished between 1995 and 2001, and the second phase, known as Phase II constructed in 2004 consisting of 88 units, which include one and-two bedroom single family town home apartments. There are a total of 168 units at this beautifully landscaped community. Welcome to Villa Veramendi Homes…it’s more than an apartment…it’s your home.
