ABOUT THE COMMUNITY


Built in 1959, Victoria Plaza is an elderly community located in the downtown area of the city of San Antonio. The property consists of one 9-story high-rise brick building. There are a total of 185 units. Victoria Plaza consists of 16 efficiency units, 16 two-bedroom units, 1 three-bedroom unit, and 152 one-bedroom units. The building also contains a large lobby area, cafeteria, craft shop, Office for Senior Services, and currently hold space for the City of San Antonio’s Nutrition Center.
