DESCRIPTION

The Towering Oaks Apartments is one of the nonprofit housing communities constructed in the City of San Antonio. Built in 1982 as a family community, it consists of 13 buildings that are two-story concrete buildings. Towering Oaks Apartments had a renovation completed in 2000 that consisted of replacing roofs & exterior siding; and the staircases were redone. The buildings are made of wood sidings and brick. There are a total of 128 units on property. 24 units are small one bedrooms; 24 units are medium one bedrooms; 16 units are the large one bedrooms; 24 units are 2 bedrooms one bath; 24 units are 2 bedrooms 2 baths and 16 units are the large 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Every unit is equipped with washer and dryers.
