ABOUT THE COMMUNITY |
The Sunflower subdivision is part of the Mirasol HOPE VI Homeownership Program built in 2001. The subdivision consists of one and two-story single-family homes with 3 bedroom/2 baths and 4 bedroom/2 baths. All homes are built of brick and Hardi-plank exteriors and have one-car garages. Homes range from approximately 1200 square feet for the 3/2/1 homes to approximately 1500 square feet for the 4/2/1 homes. All homes come with stove, refrigerator, and dishwashers.
