The Mirasol Homes was built in 1952 as a family community, it consists of, the Mirasol Cottages which are one story two-bedroom duplex’s. The second portion, which is town homes of this community, was refurbished between 2000 and 2003, and the third phase, known as Mirasol target site constructed in 2000 as a subdivision, consisting of 87 K.B Homes, which include three-four and some five bedroom single-family homes. There are a total of 174 units at Mirasol.
