SAHA initiates modifications to its lease policies and procedures for Public Housing
SAHA may make modifications to its lease policies and procedures, but must first provide written notice to each of its residents, and allow for public comment. Any and all comments will be taken into consideration prior to the proposed modifications becoming effective.
Residents will be advised of these proposed changes through postings at their respective development offices. Items for review will include:
- SAHA Lease
- Screening and Eviction Policy
- SAHA Schedule of Sales & Services
- Community Rules
- Community Service & Self-Sufficiency Policy
- Rent Collection Policy
- Security Deposit Policy
- Lawn Care Policy
Comments, suggestions or questions are welcome and can be directed to the individual property manager at each of our communities or by contacting Lisa Smith at 477-6052.
