SAHA residents can look forward to future modernization efforts at senior communities

SAHA's Real Estate Services recently initiated four contracts for exterior painting and repairs for Villa Tranchese, Fair Avenue, Victoria Plaza and O.P. Schnabel apartments.  Hoping to transform outdated paint schemes by adding new vibrant and pleasing colors, other efforts include pressure washing and repairs to concrete railings. 

With test colors up at Villa Tranchese, this property’s new look will be a welcome addition to the downtown skyline.
