SAHA steps up efforts to upgrade Lincoln Courts

The previously stark white buildings at Lincoln Courts will soon be replaced with a lively new color scheme. Today, many ambitious projects are underway. We are currently improving building elevations, featuring new paint schemes and trims, along with plans to modernize interiors during the unit make-ready process. Other improvements include installation of building molding, window trim, two-tone paint, painted handrails, painted doors and building trim. Contemporary paint schemes will help brighten the neighborhood with color.
