Curb appeal work is also underway at Cassiano Homes. Currently in phase two of this effort, work is taking place on 160 apartments bounded by Hamilton, Laredo and Saltillo streets on the near Westside.
Specific upgrades call for total removal and replacement of building exteriors and re-routing of unsightly exterior utility wiring for telephone and cable. Future efforts plan for replacement of exterior siding, new framing and siding with a complimentary color palette.
With phase three and four expected to follow in the summer of 2007, SAHA is optimistic that the end product will significantly upgrade the curb appeal of this property for our valued residents.
