It's official. Second phase of Victoria Commons to bring exciting homeownership opportunities to downtown San Antonio.

Bringing affordable living to downtown San Antonio, SAHA and Carleton Development, Inc. are moving quickly with the second phase of the redevelopment of the former Victoria Courts site, to be known as Artisan Park - Townhomes at Victoria Commons.

The new development will include 120 for-sale townhomes with two-and three-bedroom units, varying in size from 1,260 to 1,981 square feet.   Design Architect, Lake-Flato Architects, and Architect of Record, Beeler Guest Owens Architects, collaborated on the earlier Refugio Place Apartment Homes and are working together now to continue that successful partnership in Phase II.

Construction financing is provided by Bank of America, with a total Phase II development cost of $26 million.  With infrastructure complete, the first units are scheduled for occupancy in early 2007.  Reservations are available by calling 212-8996 or by visiting the community website at www.artisanparktownhomes.com.
