Affordable luxury living coming to the Southside.

Residents of San Antonio’s Southside will soon have the opportunity to enjoy luxury living at an affordable price.  Many dignitaries were on hand for the Artisan at Military groundbreaking ceremony, including State Representative Jose Menendez; Staff from State Representative David McQuade Leibowitz’s office; District 4 City Councilman, Richard Perez; SAHA Board Chair, Phil Nelson; and SAHA President and CEO, Henry A. Alvarez III.

Artisan at Military residents will benefit from complimentary, on-site resident services that will offer after-school care, homework assistance, computer training and adult education classes.   The community will have easy access to nearby retail and commercial centers, and will be surrounded by lush landscaping, custom home features and a community spirit.  "When complete, Artisan at Military will be a shining example of our commitment to increasing opportunities across our community for quality, affordable housing,” said Henry A. Alvarez III, SAHA President and CEO.

Located just down the street from South Park Mall, Artisan at Military will offer amenities such as a resort-style pool, playground areas, walking paths, spacious floor plans, attached storage units, private balconies, controlled access gates, 9-foot ceilings and a fitness center.
