Landlord Excellence Program

We are excited to announce the return of our Landlord Excellence Program! Attend our certification course and learn about what it takes to become a member of the SAHA Landlord Excellence Program!

Owners Orientation
SAHA conducts owner orientation sessions once a month for prospective and current landlords. The owner orientation sessions are held in the boardroom at SAHA’s main office from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The San Antonio Housing Authority does not maintain a property listing database. Landlords can submit their listing of an available unit by using the free service offered by http://www.gosection8.com. This service allows tenants, landlords, and SAHA to easily access information on available units. The service also allows landlords to upload pictures of the property for an additional fee. 

 

Landlord Handbook: The Landlord Handbook is intended to provide guidance to landlords on the Housing Choice Voucher Program's guidelines, the Request for Tenancy Approval process, and the Inspection process.
