Woodhill Apartments is one of the nonprofit housing communities constructed in the City of San Antonio. Built in 1977 as a family community, it consists of 41 buildings that are one and two-story buildings made of hardi-plank siding. Woodhill Park Apartments underwent a partial refurbishing in 2000. There are a total of 532 units on the property. There are one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes available at Woodhill.
