ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
Woodhill Apartments is one of the non-profit housing communities constructed in the City of San Antonio. Built in 1977 as a family community, it consists of 41 buildings that are one and two-story buildings made of hardi-plank siding. Woodhill Apartments underwent a partial refurbishing in 2000. There are a total of 532 units on the property. There are one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes available at Woodhill.

50 units are set aside under a Project Bases Assistance Program in which rent is based on approximately 30% of income. The remainder of the apartment homes have affordable market rates
