The Villa De Valencia was built in 1978 as a family community. It is built with hardi plank and brick. There are two-story buildings. Villa De Valencia Apartments consisting of 104 units, which include 26 one-bedrooms and 4 two-bedroom family developments apartments market rate rent there is also the PBA program which we have set aside 19 one-bedroom and 55 two-bedroom.
