SAHA managers and supervisors will participate in a leadership seminar, “Excelling as a Manager or Supervisor,” from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., July 26 and 27, at the Clarion Hotel. The seminar will focus on such management skills as:

8 Prioritizing daily responsibilities.
8 Establishing positive work habits to avoid management missteps.
8 Minimizing stress in the workplace.
8 Assessing communication skills.
8 Understanding the discipline process.
8 Developing or strengthening an associate development system.
8 Implementing strategies to create a positive work environment.
