The Way Things Should Be

In the two months I’ve been part of the SAHA team, I’ve heard a lot of people talk about “the way things used to be.”

I don’t know how things used to be, but I do know SAHA is an excellent organization constantly striving to improve the lives of our clients and our employees. The people in Human Resources are dedicated to making sure every employee has the information and resources they need to make wise decisions about their employment and benefits.

            Each person in the department, from our administrative assistants to me, is focused on one thing: SAHA’s employees. We are committed to do all we can to make sure you completely understand your rights and benefits as a SAHA employee.

            This newsletter is an example of that effort. It is one way SAHA can keep its employees informed about those things affecting their jobs. Effective communication with employees is crucial of an organization that strives to be excellent.

            And at SAHA, excellence is the way things should be.
