La Junta de Comisionados para la Autoridad de vivienda de San Antonio tiene autorización para estar conformada de siete miembros, dos de los cuales deben ser residentes en proyectos de vivienda pública y no puede haber en ella ningún oficial de la ciudad o empleado de ninguna de sus secciones. Los miembros son nombrados por el Concejo Municipal para servir por un período de dos años, con una limitación de tres períodos. La Junta de Comisionados determina e interpreta las políticas que gobiernan a SAHA, sujetas a los mandatos y los límites impuestos por las leyes estatales y federales. Miembros de la Junta de Comisionados
	Ramiro Cavazos, Director Mr. Cavazos is the Director of Research and Economic Development at the UT Health Science Center.  Prior to that position, Ramiro served as the Director of Economic Development for the City of San Antonio.  He has worked for the Levi Strauss Foundation and the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.   He is a strong advocate for inner-city development, workforce development and small business opportunity.  Ramiro has served on numerous civic, non-profit, educational, and private boards.  He is a graduate of Weslaco High School and the University of Texas at Austin.  He has a Master of Public Administration from St. Mary’s University.
	Brian Herman, PhD, Vice-Director Dr. Herman, un investigador médico por más de 26 años, su investigación esta enfocada en como realzar  la salud durante la vejez. El es profesor en Biología Estructural de Celulas en la University of Texas Health Scienes Center en San Antonio (UTHSCSA), donde es el vicepresidente de investigación y anterior miembro del Departamento de  Biología Estructural de Células.  Antes hacer parte de UTHSCSA, fue miembro por 15 años de la facultad  de la University of North Carolina en Chapel Hill. El Dr Herman recibió un grado en la  Adelphi University  una maestría de la Uiversity of Connecticut Health Science Center hizo su entrenamiento de post grado en la Harvard Medical School. El es recipiente de numerosos galardones por sus contribuciones en investigación y sirve en varias organizaciones locales, estatales y nacionales.
	Rebecca Galvan Ms. Galvan is a family law attorney in private practice.  Prior to entering private practice, Becky was an Assistant District Attorney.  Early in her career, she was a staff writer for the Lubbock Avalanche, San Antonio Express-News, and Houston Chronicle.  Additionally, she served on the Board of Trustees for the Alamo Community College District from 1986-1992.  Becky holds both an undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  She is the daughter of the late Carlos Cadena, former Chief Justice of the 4th Court of Appeals.
	Richard Gambitta, PhD Mr. Gambitta is the Director of the Institute for Law and Public Affairs at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he has served as the Chair of the Department of Political Science and Geography and as a professor of political science for 30 years. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs of Syracuse University.  He served as the Chairman of the Board for Goodwill Industries-San Antonio, and was a member of the reform-oriented Commission on Integrity and Trust in Government, under Mayor Garza.
	Yolanda Hotman (residente) La señora Hotman trabaja como Jefe de Programa en Program Burned Out Survivors Fund. Ella fue empleada federal civil en Kelly AFB y Community Outreach Assistant de Ximenes y Associates.
	Stella Burciaga Molina (residente) La señora Molina fue empleada del Distrito escolar Edgewood Ella ha tarbajado como voluntaria en numerosas causas locales como el Texas Department of Human Services y la oficina del Congresista Henry B. Gonzalez
