WHY HOUSING MATTERS
A new initiative, called ReThink Housing, was recently launched to raise awareness of the benefits of affordable housing by sharing inspirational stories made possible through public housing.
252 NEW QUALITY HOUSING UNITS COMING SOON
SAHA and the NRP Group recently closed on a $31 million transaction to create the third and final phase of San Juan III on San Antonio's Westside, featuring 252 residential units and 4,000 square feet of commercial/retail space.
The Eastside Choice Neighborhood initiative is well underway, with community activities and improvements identified to transform the Wheatley Courts and surrounding community into a safe, healthy, vibrant, thriving community for children, families and seniors.
SAHA is in the very early stages of the planning process for the completion of Victoria Commons and is committed to a truly collaborative effort with neighborhood associations, community leaders, elected officials and the residents of Victoria Commons, as was the case with the previous successful phases of the development.
